Effective  August 6,  2007,  Carl Zealer will  become  our new

Kroger  Account Manager.   He will be responsible for all areas

of  Kroger  business  that  I & K  services,  such  as the Great

Lakes (Columbus & Michigan markets), Cincinnati, Indianapolis,

warehouses, as well as many other areas.
